About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2 years of building, construction, or manufactured home inspection experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• Computer proficiency and knowledge of mobile technology.
• Knowledge of manufactured housing code requirements.

Nice To Haves

• ICC Residential and Commercial certification combination preferred but not required.
• Experience in quality auditing code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of manufactured housing to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
• Maintain and update knowledge of ICC building codes and regulations.
• Pass ICC building code exams and maintain licenses through ongoing education.
• Travel to various housing manufacturers or locations for inspections as required.
• Document findings and prepare reports on inspection results.
