About The Position

The Floor Auditor will perform on and off line quality inspections on parts, process and packaging for series and new programs. Ensure the quality standards are met or exceeded for the customer.

Requirements

• Understanding and ability to use measurement tools.
• Proficient PC use.
• Good interpersonal / communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects regularly weighing up to 25 pounds and occasionally weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• On and Off-line quality inspection of Safe Launch of new program parts.
• Inspect Non-Safe Launch Product including parts with recent customer defect/issue and parts with known history of quality issues.
• Knowledge of part work instructions including correct packaging and labeling.
• Communicate with production & logistics to prioritize inspection order.
• Communicate with program management/quality department for new program specifications.
• Communicate with team leaders/quality techs/shift supervisors for any potential quality issue.
• Respond and contain any suppliers issues on the floor taking parts to hold cage.
• May be asked to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Reports Data Entry including SPC.
• Create and follow up NCMR’s until closure.
• Ensure Quality Alerts & Deviations applying to parts running is posted and followed by operators.
• Perform Product and Process Audits.
• Review and validate scrap parts quality criteria as well as records accuracy.
• Comply with all Techniplas Group Environmental Requirements and Policies.
• Report all Environmental incidents to immediate supervisor.
