Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and handling parts repeatedly.
Ability to read and follow work instructions, quality standards, and basic measurement tools.
Dependable attendance and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing or quality inspection experience is a plus, but not required—training provided!

Responsibilities

Inspect Parts: Perform detailed visual and manual inspections of molded and plated automotive parts.
Verify Quality: Check components against customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Document Findings: Accurately record inspection results and maintain quality logs.
Identify Defects: Detect surface flaws, dimensional issues, and cosmetic defects; separate nonconforming parts.
Follow GP-12 Standards: Adhere to customer-specific GP-12 inspection requirements.
Collaborate with Team: Communicate issues to supervisors and production teams to support continuous improvement.
Maintain Work Area: Keep inspection station clean, organized, and compliant with safety and 5S standards.
