About The Position

As a Quality Auditor - Level 1 in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry, your main responsibility will be to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to the market. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the reputation of our company by conducting thorough audits and inspections to identify any defects or non-compliance issues. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute to the overall success of our organization. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in a quality control or auditing role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or non-compliance issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certification in quality management or auditing.
• Experience in the non-durable goods manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and tools.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular audits and inspections of products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Identify and document any defects or non-compliance issues, and work with the production team to address and resolve them.
• Maintain accurate records of audit findings and corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure our quality processes are in line with the latest standards.
