Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and/or one year related experience and/or training in manufacturing quality; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to calculate percentages.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to perform well in pressure situations.
• Strong organization skills, excellent personal time management and group time management required.
• Must be extremely detail-oriented and accept ownership for projects.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Count work in manufacturing process.
• Reconcile count balances between manufacturing processes.
• Maintain chain of custody on all material removed from jobs during the manufacturing process.
• Enter count information accurately into computer system.
• Granulate all scrap PVC.
• Accurately and neatly complete all forms, logs, and paperwork required.
• Work in the Shred room on occasion.
