About The Position

The Quality Auditor position at the Jonesboro Anchor Packaging Plant involves ensuring the quality of disposable food-service packaging products during manufacturing. The role requires performing audits, coordinating with team members, entering data, conducting lab tests, and assisting in training new auditors. This is a direct hire position with a 12-hour shift schedule, offering full benefits and a pay range based on experience.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of part defects and what to look for
• Must be honest, fair, and possess good work ethic
• Ability to lift, lower, or carry 50lbs
• Ability to make quick decisions on whether to accept quality parts or reject those that do not meet standards
• Ability to maintain the frequency of line audits set by manager and perform essential duties and responsibilities
• Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a laboratory or auditor environment is preferred
• SPC trained or quality experience a plus

• Quality experience and/or quality training in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Perform necessary audits in all operations departments
• Coordinate with on-shift co-workers to best cover the necessary areas and priorities
• Enter data into the various databases
• Assist or perform various lab testing requirements and measurement studies as assigned by Quality Supervisor
• Perform assigned sanitation inspection audits
• Assist in on-the-job training for new auditors
• Perform assigned MIL-STD 105E or RMA audits
• Report and analyze critical information to operations to correct the quality issues in the various departments
• Other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.
