About The Position

Piper Companies is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Technician (QA Tech) to support a growing and innovative pharmaceutical company in Lynwood, CA. The QA Tech will be responsible for conducting quality assurance checks and reviewing documentation on production lines, verifying sanitation procedures, line changeovers, lot numbers, and labeling accuracy. This role serves as a second layer of compliance verification to ensure regulatory standards are met, identifying and halting errors prior to product release to maintain product integrity. The position may also involve operating forklifts as needed (training provided) and assisting in investigations, deviations, non-conformance material reports (NCMR), product retains, and trend analysis reporting. Multiple shift openings are available: 1st shift from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., 2nd shift from 1:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., and 3rd shift from 9:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma required.
• 2-5 years in QA, manufacturing, food, or pharmaceutical industries preferred. Entry-level candidates may be considered if trainable.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and accurate documentation practices.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel required; experience with Oracle, Agile, or WMS systems is a plus.
• Comfortable with repetitive, process-driven tasks.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
