About The Position

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for assisting with maintaining facility QA compliance by maintaining accurate documentation for quality control processes. The QA Specialist will also support the production team with other quality initiatives as needed.

Responsibilities

• Verify all car owner and regulatory documents are present by validating against the internal and car owner checklists.
• Identify non-conformances and ensure corrections are completed prior to moving on to the next step of the final billing process.
• Upload final QA approved documentation to car owner specific portals in a concise and timely manner.
• Update, as directed, appropriate industry regulatory forms and electronic databases.
• Actively participate in team meetings, training and activities to help maintain a safe and productive work environment and ensure high quality, compliant efficient work completion.
• Participates in and actively supports quality projects, audits and activities initiatives to ensure that the Company achieves its goals.
• Able to pass drug screen and physical.
