About The Position

SWH Investments / Customer Impact is a leading Retail & CPG data collection and execution company that specializes in retail field services and merchandising execution. The Quality Assurance Specialist position is an office-based role at our headquarters in College Station, TX, aimed at ensuring that our field representatives perform their duties correctly in the field. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work up to 30 hours a week, with a preference for consistent availability on a daily or semi-daily basis. Multiple positions are available within our quality assurance team, which plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect. In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance monitoring of reports submitted by field representatives. This includes general administrative support and data entry tasks. You will work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve high rates of success on various Retail Service projects for our customers. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can maintain productivity while working independently and staying motivated. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential, as is the ability to type at an adequate-to-fast speed. An enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn and provide input are also important traits for success in this role.
