About The Position

Credit First National Association (CFNA) is seeking a Call Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team. This role is crucial in monitoring various activities, including calls, emails, and processes across multiple departments such as Collections, Customer Service, and Fraud. The specialist will report to the CFNA Quality Assurance and Training Team and will support the Credit Operation Support Team's business needs. The position involves reviewing and logging activity reviews and call monitors to ensure compliance with internal procedures and federal/state regulations. The specialist will also participate in meetings with department supervisors to discuss results and training opportunities, providing valuable insights to the leadership team.
