We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. You will work alongside our QA Team, Development Team, Product Development Team, and Support Teams to ensure that our applications meet the highest standards for quality before release to customers. You will help create test plans, coordinate testing of new products and features, and integrate yourself with one or more of our product teams. A successful QA Specialist will have a background and a strong understanding of writing and reviewing user stories and feature requests to appropriately verify and create future test scenarios for regression and automated testing. Candidates should show excellent interpersonal skills for communication across teams which will be made up of both technical and non-technical individuals. You should be detail oriented, should have strong time management skills, and should be a hands-on and motivated learner who enjoys keeping up to date on the latest testing strategies. Prior experience in manual or automated testing or completion of a related quality assurance certification (CSTE, CAST, CTLF, etc.) is preferred but is not required for this position. As part of our company-wide focus on expanding the responsible use of AI technologies, we are looking for someone who is excited to explore and adopt modern AI‑assisted testing and productivity tools.
