Position Purpose: Assist the Quality Assurance Team Leader in implementation and operations of Quality Assurance Systems. Act as a resource and provide support for the plants Food Safety program. Provide leadership and Technical support to the QA department/team to ensure products meet finished product standards and customer expectations. Assure compliance with Federal and State regulatory agencies and company safety standards. Maintain an active role in internal plant audits as well as regulatory and customer audits. Manage and oversee the plants customer complaint system.
