Provides primary support to the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of a comprehensive and effective paint and powder coatings Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO quality Standards. Provides technical support for painting and coating automated production line for color, gloss, chemical substance. Responsible for identifying and implementing process line and field defect analysis and improvements. Reviews quality rejects from line and identifies improvement plan. Collects and analyzes production samples to evaluate field quality. Analyzes quality control test results and provides feedback and interpretations to production management or staff. Produces reports regarding nonconformance of products or processes, daily production quality, root cause analyses, and quality trends for paint coatings. Communicates quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, and contractors. Must possess the following: 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related role in Paint Quality Assurance Experience with Powder Coatings for home appliance manufacturing Powder paint Experience Experience with powder coatings production line management Field quality issue analysis & management and defect analysis
