As a Quality Assurance Specialist within PNC's AMG Tech organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL, Cleveland, OH, or Pittsburgh, PA. Requirements

  • Ability to design, execute, and maintain detailed manual test cases and test scenarios.
  • Experience validating functional, regression, and end-to-end workflows across applications.
  • Proficiency in documenting test results, defects, and test coverage using Xray and Jira.
  • Ability to ensure clear traceability to requirements and timely communication with development teams.
  • Experience developing, enhancing, and maintaining automated test suites using Selenium.
  • Ability to integrate automation into existing QA processes to improve test efficiency and coverage.
  • Ability to collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA peers to analyze defects, refine test strategies, and maintain QA documentation and standards within Confluence.
  • Experience participating in the quality assurance process.
  • Ability to follow procedures to ensure all software products and components meet company standards and client requirements.
  • Ability to perform code inspections, walk-throughs, design, and test-readiness reviews.
  • Ability to review software and project documentation for completeness and adherence to standards.
  • Ability to work on problem resolutions and report progress to management.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and summarize reliability and validation test cases.
  • Ability to interface with developers on test results.
  • Ability to assist in audits and reviews.
  • Ability to write and execute test plans and cases for testing of software.

  • Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service).
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities
