In this role, you’ll ensure our products meet the highest standards by developing and implementing quality strategies, conducting audits, and collaborating across teams to drive meaningful improvements. You’ll lead root cause investigations, support continuous improvement initiatives, and deliver training that strengthens quality practices throughout the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams
  • Proficiency in quality assurance tools and software

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for manufacturing processes
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Lead root cause analysis investigations to address non-conformances and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and operational efficiency
  • Train and mentor junior quality assurance staff and production personnel on quality standards and best practices
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
