About The Position

FlexStaff is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to work with one of our clients, a leading global distributor of healthcare products and medical devices, located in Melville, NY.

This is a temporary job until December 31, 2026

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30PM

Requirements

• Prefer 4-year college degree in science related field with 0-1 year Quality/Regulatory experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.

Responsibilities

• Verify and validate medical device barcodes using a barcode scanner.
• Assist with artwork review and approvals.
• Assist with recall communication work.
• Performs clerical functions, including but not limited to copying, filing, scanning, faxing, etc.
• Quickly process large volumes of administrative forms in an efficient manner with a high degree of accuracy and quality.
