About The Position

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Specialist to support a key microelectronics programs at NSWC Crane. Essential Experience/Functions: Knowledge of and experience with inventory databases. Experience working with a highly talented and motivated team in accomplishing tasks for multiple programs. Ability to become Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) certified. Experience with Microsoft Office including Excel and Teams. Experience with Adobe. Have good organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrates the ability to adhere to instructions outlined in operational procedures. Ability to be compliant with all mandatory training. Oversee and train personnel in the technical aspects of assigned work. Perform all other Quality Assurance position related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of and experience with inventory databases.

  • Associate’s degree in business or at least 3 years’ experience in a quality assurance role
  • Ability to pass and maintain a DoD Security Clearance (Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance)
  • Excellent communication skills; MS Office and other software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and at least 5 years of job-related experience. (A High School diploma with 10 years of Military or DoD experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.)
  • Active Secret Security Clearance.
