The position involves monitoring and ensuring compliance with various policies and procedures within the DDS network. The individual will be an active member of the Incident Review Committee and will assist the QA/training Coordinator in various quality assurance programs, audits, and training initiatives. The role requires conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections of facilities, filing incident reports, and ensuring effective incident management programs. The individual will also be responsible for providing training to staff, conducting audits, and maintaining accurate records regarding the health and safety of residents.
