Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive testing on products, systems, and processes to identify potential issues, bugs, or areas for improvement related to functionality, performance, and usability.
Establish benchmarks for program efficiency, including operating and response times, to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Develop deep expertise in the products being tested and the needs of their end users.
Create detailed test plans, reports, and documentation outlining testing methodologies, results, and technical findings.
Contribute to the development and refinement of organizational standards and procedures for software testing.
Review computer logs and system reports to identify program processing errors and recommend technical improvements.
Identify program variances from established standards and recommend modifications to ensure compliance.
