At Caselle, we believe great software starts with people who care deeply about quality, collaboration, and community. We offer a dynamic work environment where every team member plays a role in fulfilling our mission of Commitment to Community-both through the innovative software we build and the ways we give back to the communities we serve. Along with competitive pay and strong benefits, you'll find an environment that supports learning, growth, and meaningful work. We're currently looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Software Tester to join our team in a hybrid role that allows you to work from home or in the office. This QA position is a key part of our software engineering organization and plays a critical role in ensuring our applications are reliable, intuitive, and meet the high standards our customers expect. In this role, you'll work closely with software engineering, product specialists, and other cross-functional partners to test and validate new features and enhancements. Your work as a QA professional will help ensure software integrity, confirm compatibility across platforms, and improve the overall user experience. Testing is performed in an Agile scrum environment and includes a mix of ad hoc testing, release and regression testing, and automated QA efforts. A typical day might involve collaborating with the team during sprint activities, participating in planning and refinement conversations, reviewing bug submissions from Support, and creating or updating QA test plans. You'll log and track testing results, verify fixes, communicate resolutions, and help ensure regression testing meets established QA quality standards. Over time, you'll build strong domain knowledge across multiple Caselle applications and contribute to improving both processes and outcomes within our QA and software engineering teams. We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technical software products. You should enjoy collaborating with others, asking thoughtful questions, and working through complex processes. Experience with Agile development, QA testing practices, or tools like Azure DevOps, TestComplete, or Postman is helpful but not required. Familiarity with accounting principles, payment processing standards, or JavaScript is a plus, but curiosity and a willingness to learn matter most. If you're interested in growing your career in QA, working alongside talented software engineering professionals, and contributing to software that serves communities in meaningful ways, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and start your next chapter with Caselle.
