Requirements
- Active RN license
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confidence in providing constructive feedback and education
- A team-oriented mindset with a heart for patient advocacy
- A desire to grow, improve, and be part of something meaningful
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health or hospice (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with clinicians to provide feedback and education
- Support QAPI initiatives and performance improvement efforts
- Assist with audits, chart reviews, and process improvement
- Help maintain our high standards for patient care and documentation
