The State Corporation Commission seeks a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to join the Clerks Office, which serves as the official custodian of the judicial and administrative records of the Commission and the central filing office in Virginia for most business entities, as well as Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements. The Clerks Office processes more than 800,000 registrations and fees annually for corporations, limited liability companies, business trusts, limited partnerships, general partnerships, and limited liability partnerships. The QA Manager oversees quality assurance and testing functions for Clerks Office systems and will lead a team of four employees.
