Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer

We are hiring QA Engineers to join our teams located in Washington, DC and San Francisco, California.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Ability to operate test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium) and scripting/programming languages
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and assess quality risks
- Ability to document and communicate defects clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship.

- Prior professional work experience in a start-up organization
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases, plans, and strategies
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects and quality issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality standards
- Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and UAT testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor test coverage, report quality metrics, and drive continuous process improvement
