The Automotive Quality Assurance Auditor performs audits for an automotive inspection program to ensure compliance with State and Federal procedures and guidelines. This is a field-based position that offers training and state certification and operates similar to that of a 'Secret Shopper'. Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive safely within state of Pennsylvania
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional Demeanor with ability to make on-site decisions independently
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Perceptive with an inclination for following protocol
  • Reliable with solid communication and business skills
  • Enjoy working independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

  • Maintain compliance by conducting undercover automotive service center site visits, observing and reporting inspection procedures, and documenting the audit
  • Daily reconciliation of funds
  • Occasional attendance at hearings when needed
