The Manager - Quality Assurance is a dynamic role focused on fostering collaboration and support within the team. In addition to ensuring operational quality, velocity, and efficiency, the role emphasizes team building and mentorship to maximize the potential of every team member. As the Senior Manager - Quality Assurance over ESS Project Services, you will collaborate closely with the extended project team members aligning ESS Project Services with client and business unit needs. You will serve as a mentor, providing guidance, support, and feedback to empower team members in their skill development and career advancement. Team building activities and effective communication will create an environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute their best. By enforcing standards and processes, prioritizing root cause analysis and cross functional process improvement, you will drive project success. While this job is virtual day-to-day, travel up to 25% is required within the region the role supports: Northern Virginia. As such, candidates must reside in - or be willing to relocate to - that region.
