Position Purpose: Responsible for completing all lab analysis to ensure quality and productivity is maintained. Directly involved in the production process. Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and good housekeeping guidelines. Must follow safety guidelines, wear designated Personal Protective Equipment and meet OSHA safety requirements. Essential Functions Daily performance of laboratory tests on cheese and ingredients. Equipment used includes but not limited to microwave ovens, pH meter, analytical and technical balances, magnetized hot salts, calculator, CRT terminal, and various types of glassware and utensils. Maintain work area in an approved housekeeping/sanitary condition. Will be involved using TPM and QIP. Expectation that approximately 70% of work time will be spent on production floor. Must be able to read and write English Preform an assignment ask by leaders. Regular attendance
