About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team in Bridgeview, IL, specializing in the machining industry. In this role, you’ll ensure the quality and precision of products by verifying their alignment with established specifications.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance or a similar position.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in computer operations.
• Proficient in blueprint reading.
• Knowledgeable in GD&T and familiar with various inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming, in-process, and completed products to confirm they meet company standards.
• Perform both visual inspections and measurement tests as per company protocols.
• Operate Brown & Sharpe CMM with a strong understanding of PC-DMIS software.
• Record inspection outcomes by completing First Piece inspection reports.
• Adhere to all company guidelines for safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
• Capable of lifting and moving parts weighing up to 30 pounds.
