Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required (vocational training or Associate degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, or other regulated industry
  • 1+ year of experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a production or quality environment
  • Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, digital micrometers, optical micrometers, depth gages, thread gages, go/no-go gages)
  • Experience navigating CMES (Common Manufacturing Execution System)
  • Experience working with REDARS and IVT systems

Responsibilities

  • Verify routine product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and design requirements
  • Document and provide objective evidence of inspection results
  • Perform audits, surveillance, and process monitoring activities
  • Identify, document, and track product discrepancies and non-conformances
  • Segregate and control non-conforming material (NCM) to prevent unintended use
  • Conduct preliminary review and disposition of non-conforming conditions
  • Support and participate in customer product/process verification reviews
  • Identify repetitive or systemic quality issues and initiate corrective action requests (CARs)
