About The Position

The role of the Quality Inspector is to ensure orders are packaged according to customer requirements, company procedures/requirements, and in accordance with GMP. The selected candidate will be trained as QA Inspector, verifying the startup, progression and closeout of lots on pharmaceutical packaging lines. They are responsible for verifying correct materials are on the line, verifying equipment which monitors product is working properly, ensuring instructions are followed, and documentation completed properly. They work productively with other QA inspectors and QA supervisor, line leaders, the production manager, and other line employees. They contribute to completing work according to schedule, safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure orders are packaged according to customer requirements and company procedures.
• Verify startup, progression, and closeout of lots on pharmaceutical packaging lines.
• Check that correct materials are on the line.
• Ensure equipment monitoring product is working properly.
• Follow instructions and complete documentation properly.
• Collaborate with other QA inspectors, QA supervisor, line leaders, production manager, and other line employees.
• Contribute to completing work according to schedule, safely and efficiently.
