As we continue to grow at lightning speed, we are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded quality professional who takes pride in helping build and maintain the operational foundation that allows our mission to scale responsibly. In this role, you will play a critical supporting part in keeping our Quality Management System strong and audit-ready. You will help ensure training remains 100% compliant, documents are properly controlled, change orders move efficiently, and quality records are accurate and complete. Your work will directly support Product and Operations teams - enabling them to move quickly while staying aligned with compliance requirements. Above all, your goal is to help create clarity and consistency in how we operate. You will follow through on the details, coordinate across teams, and ensure quality activities are completed on time and done right. Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Science, Engineering or a related field, or 1-3 years of additional experience in a regulated industry (see below)
  • Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, food, aerospace), demonstrating familiarity with compliance requirements, quality systems, and documentation standards.
  • 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, including training, document control, CAPA, nonconformance, or validation activities.
  • Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSR 21 CFR Part 820) and associated tools or software (Ex. Mastercontrol, ZenQMS, Qualio, ColianceQuest, Greenlight Guru)
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills to clearly document quality activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong experience with word processing (Word, Google Docs) and spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets) software

  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, creative training that translates complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical, and memorable learning experiences (e.g., scenario-based modules, interactive sessions, multimedia content).

Responsibilities

  • Keep the Quality Management System audit-ready by maintaining accurate, current training records, controlled documents, and quality records.
  • Maintain 100% training compliance by ensuring required training is assigned, completed, and tracked on time across the organization.
  • Ensure employees complete required training on schedule through clear assignments, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Meet change order turnaround time targets by reviewing, coordinating, and closing document updates within defined timelines
  • Complete quality documentation accurately and on time, including CAPAs, nonconformances, batch record reviews, design documentation, and validation records.
  • Support supplier quality activities by tracking issues, reviewing documentation, and helping drive resolution.
  • Provide practical quality support to internal teams to help them meet requirements without adding unnecessary complexity.

  • Total Comp for this Role: $85,000-$107,000
  • This includes:
  • Base Salary: $79,000-$99,000
  • Performance Bonus: Up to 7.5% of your base salary if targets are hit
