Join us on our mission of making the world a safer place The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through manual and automated testing. You will collaborate closely with; Developers, Product managers, and other Stakeholders to identify defects early, improve testing processes, and deliver high quality user experiences.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
3+ years of QA experience across web and/or mobile platforms.
Native Android and/or iOS applications Testing Experience.
Web-based applications Testing Experience.
Validating REST APIs and JSON payloads.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
Additional relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education.
Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.

Responsibilities

Collaborate within Agile ceremonies to ensure clear test coverage, early risk identification, and release readiness.
Execute functional, regression, and exploratory testing to ensure cross browser compatibility, responsive design, and identify client-side issues using browser developer tools.
End to end testing of native Android and iOS mobile applications to ensure functionality, UI/UX consistency, platform specific behavior, stability across devices/OS versions, real-world usage scenarios, and app store ready releases.
Drive quality improvement through test automation, CI/CD integration, defect analysis, root cause investigation, and ongoing enhancement of QA processes.
