Axle Health is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our growing team in Santa Monica. In this role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the quality and reliability of our AI-powered healthcare logistics platform that's transforming how home healthcare providers deliver care. You'll work directly with our CTO, engineers, product managers, and customer teams to ensure we’re delivering quality web, mobile and API products our customers depend on daily to coordinate thousands of in-home patient visits. This is a technical QA role going beyond user testing or testing visual design elements, and digging deeper into every layer of our applications’ behavior. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where testing isn't just about finding bugs, it's about enabling our customers to deliver exceptional care in patients' homes. You’ve worked within complex systems with rules heavy software in compliance driven industries (healthcare, finance, workforce management, etc.). You'll balance the need for speed in a high-growth startup with the rigor required in healthcare technology, and you'll play a key role in scaling our QA processes as we expand our platform's capabilities and customer base. This role reports directly to our CTO.
