The Quality Assurance Engineer ensures that the products meet consistent standards of quality. This role involves working closely with the Technical and Development teams to understand the imported products and ensure their performance. The engineer will also collaborate with customer support representatives to identify quality issues and their scale at customer sites, document and resolve nonconformities, and provide feedback to the Technical team on quality issues or samples tested. Additionally, the engineer will support root cause analysis processes and corrective/preventative actions, conduct regular testing or request third-party lab testing as necessary, track and analyze test results, and monitor newly launched imported products for compliance with quality standards.
