About The Position

At SAAGA Solve, we are looking for a skilled QA Engineer who can create testing and automation frameworks for our projects. Our intelligent agents handle the complexities of marketing, allowing businesses to focus on innovation and customer service. This remote position offers flexibility in working hours, with a focus on manual and integration testing.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience doing manual QA and writing integration tests
• Experience creating test plans and executing test plans
• Solid understanding of how LLMs work
• Experience testing GPT-like chats and apps
• Ability to effectively use tools like Claude CLI, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, and others
• QA theory knowledge and ability to train other QAs
• Adherence to maximum quality standards
• Interest in startups and fast-paced environments
• Ability to write code for integration tests and tooling
• Ability to join team meetings as scheduled
• Partial overlap with Pacific time zone
• Responsiveness and clear communication in English
• Proactiveness, self-starting, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute test cases
• Evaluate testing process and make recommendations as necessary
• Timely execution of test cases
• Identify and record bugs and defects
