Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in mobile application testing, familiar with mobile application testing processes and methods.
- Familiar with mobile application development environments and common testing tools, with good problem-solving skills.
- Have a solid understanding of APP user experience (UI/UX), attention to detail, and ability to think and analyze problems from a user perspective.
- Ability to write and execute test cases.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Nice To Haves
- Work experience in the field of routing and switching products or smart home (IP Camera, Bulb, Plug, Vacuum…)
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MQTT, Matter).
- Python programming skill
Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automated testing on mobile apps that control smart home and networking products.
- Develop testing cases, establish testing environments, and efficiently execute testing tasks according to test plans.
- Validate device-to-app and app-to-cloud interactions
- Work with developers and senior QA engineers to validate bug fixes and firmware updates.
- Conduct market research and competitor comparisons to identify differentiators and provide reasonable improvement suggestions for our products.
- Document test cases, test results, and quality reports.
