  • Drive Customer-Focused Solutions
  • Work backwards from customer needs to prioritize testing efforts
  • Identify and advocate for quality improvements that enhance customer experience
  • Balance technical trade-offs while maintaining high standards
  • 4+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
  • BS degree in computer science or equivalent, or 4+ years of technical work experience
  • Experience in manual testing
  • Experience in automation testing
  • Experience scripting or coding
  • Experience as QA lead on medium to large sized projects
  • Experience with at least one automated test framework like Selenium or Appium
  • Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality
