Job Summary The Quality Assurance Dietitian leads quality management and performance improvement initiatives to ensure excellence in clinical nutrition services and food safety. This role conducts compliance and chart audits, provides technical support for electronic systems, and ensures adherence to federal, state, and organizational regulations. In addition, the position delivers nutrition therapy and education, facilitates staff training and development, and serves as a resource to support departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's: Food and Nutrition or Dietetics
  • Licensed Dietitian (TX)
  • Registered Dietitian, Commission on Dietetic Registration
  • Servsafe Manager
  • Three (3) Years Work Experience: Clinical Nutrition, Food Service Management. Preferably in an Acute care hospital setting.
  • Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
  • Exceptional Verbal (Public Speaking)
