We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented QA Coordinator to join our team. This role supports the integrity of our compliance program and ensures seamless document management throughout both physical and digital platforms.

Requirements

• Proficient in reading and writing in English.
• Comfortable working in a plant setting and engaging with various operational teams.
• Strong computer skills, including experience with document management tools and platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving systems and support process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Organize, maintain, and update compliance-related documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal standards.
• Prepare and compile necessary records and reports for audit processes.
• Manage the transition of physical paperwork into a structured and efficient digital recordkeeping system.
• Support routine administrative functions that contribute to a compliant and operationally sound environment.
