About The Position

The Quality Assurance/Control Lead plays a critical role in ensuring that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality and compliance within the organization. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance protocols and control processes that align with regulatory requirements and company objectives. The lead will oversee quality audits, manage non-conformance issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain, the role ensures that quality standards are integrated throughout the product lifecycle. Ultimately, the Quality Assurance/Control Lead ensures that the organization consistently delivers products that meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Read, write & Speak English
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Proven experience conducting audits and managing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Certification such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement methodologies.
  • Proficiency with quality management software and data analysis tools.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance and control systems in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate internal and external quality audits, ensuring timely resolution of any identified issues or non-conformances.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to integrate quality standards into all stages of product development and manufacturing.
  • Train and mentor quality assurance staff to uphold best practices and maintain a culture of quality throughout the organization.
