About The Position

Marvin Roanoke is looking for a 3rd shift quality auditor. The PAS Auditor is responsible for auditing windows and doors on any of our production lines. This position will aid in training the other line associates on Quality Standards. This person will development and implementation of improvement ideas, and to assist in the validation of those changes. Will provide supervisors with immediate feedback on any Quality issues on the production line. Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Six months to one year of related quality experience or training.
Ability to work with power tools and computer equipment and possess common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Participate and chip in a team environment, possess self-motivating skills, and be diligent and honest.
Ability to problem solve, train, direct, and communicate effectively. Have proficient organizational, interpersonal, and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

Audit Windows and Doors and record findings of any quality issues.
Assist in training production associates to ensure all products produced are of the highest quality.
Assist in improving our processes by generating new insights or concepts.
Maintain responsibility for keeping accurate paperwork and documentation of departmental data.
Communicate safety and safety training by following safety policies when operating power hand tools and other equipment.
