About The Position
The Quality Assurance Associate II Cell Banking at Janssen Pharmaceuticals is responsible for providing quality oversight of the GMP Cell Banking Center of Excellence and affiliated laboratories. This role involves ensuring compliance with quality standards in the production, testing, and inventory management of Master, Working, and development Cell Banks for clinical and commercial production. The associate will collaborate with internal quality organizations to standardize practices and enhance quality awareness, while also guiding the quality strategy for cell banking testing and release requirements.
