Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Six months or more of quality inspection or quality-related experience preferred, with one year of warehouse or production experience preferred
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification within one month of hire
  • Basic understanding of quality inspection concepts or the ability to learn quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and visual inspection skills
  • Ability to accurately document findings and follow established procedures
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to maintain orderly work areas
  • Dependable attendance, consistent punctuality, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills for reporting quality concerns
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills, including experience using Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on inspections while standing and moving throughout production and warehouse areas
  • Lift and or move materials weighing up to 25 pounds as needed to support inspection activities
  • Work regularly with fabric, finished goods, and inspection tools in a hands-on environment
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify defects, color variations, or inconsistencies
  • Follow established quality standards, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Support daily production and distribution operations through reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Maintain organized work and inspection areas
  • Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
