About The Position
The Quality Assurance and Compliance (QAC) Manager at SPIRITT Family Services is responsible for overseeing quality assurance processes, ensuring compliance with CARF standards, and maintaining corporate compliance. This role involves leading the accreditation process, serving as the agency Compliance Officer, and managing various technological functions. The QAC Manager will also collect and analyze data to develop performance improvement plans and will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
