Description of Duties: The Quality Assurance Analyst with strong experience in manual testing to support website content migration projects. This role will focus on comparing legacy and newly migrated websites to ensure all content, functionality, formatting, and links have been accurately transferred.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in manual QA testing, preferably in web environments.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple pages/tasks efficiently.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and documentation tools.
  • Able to perform more varied and difficult tasks.
  • Able to work in a collaborative team environment to obtain the best results.

Responsibilities

  • Perform manual testing of websites following content migration.
  • Compare legacy and new websites page-by-page to validate:
  • Content accuracy and completeness
  • Formatting and layout consistency
  • Image and media placement
  • Hyperlink functionality
  • Identify, document, and track discrepancies, bugs, and content gaps.
  • Clearly communicate findings to developers, project managers, and stakeholders.
  • Retest issues after fixes to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain detailed test cases, checklists, and validation documentation.
  • Ensure high-quality standards and accuracy before site launch.
