About The Position

The Quality Assurance Analyst I is responsible for ensuring overall service and/or department quality standards are met. This role involves ensuring adherence to set quality standards, coordinating and executing projects to attain company and/or department objectives, and identifying opportunities for process improvements to advance service quality and/or streamline functions. The analyst will recommend and implement department training needs, maintain a working knowledge of company and/or department systems, assist with system implementation/conversion as needed, and coordinate quality control and/or compliance activities. Additionally, the analyst will create manuals, reports, and documents, participate in special projects, and perform additional duties as assigned. They will also monitor employee and/or division performance to ensure compliance with department and/or company standards, contribute to a positive, ethical, and respectful working environment, and communicate openly with others.

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 1-3 years related experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including possible evenings and weekends
  • Problem solving skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as an active participant in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to work in an unpredictable and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as assigned
  • Recommends, facilitates and/or coordinates Employee training
  • Monitors employee and/or division performance to ensure compliance with department and/or company standards
  • Contributes to a positive, ethical and respectful working environment and communicates openly with others
  • Models company culture internally and externally
  • Participates in meetings and coaching sessions
  • Keeps staff informed of any procedural changes or enhancements
  • Provides support to department leadership in performing trend analysis, information gathering, performance feedback and related activities
