About The Position

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for facilitating and coordinating the clinical documentation program and serves as a resource to the factors influencing the complexity of documentation. This role works collaboratively with staff to improve the quality of clinical record documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science degree required.
• Minimum of three years clinical documentation experience in an acute care setting.
• Exemplary organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate processes and outcomes.
• PC and software knowledge required.

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree in Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
