About The Position

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Audit random bins and built kits to verify accuracy. Document all errors and findings in a spreadsheet with attention to detail. Support cross‑training activities in other departments, including Receiving and Kitting. Who You Are: You notice even small details that others might miss and use them to improve processes and outcomes. You approach challenges with curiosity, gather input from others, and adjust your approach when new information emerges. You communicate clearly and openly, creating trust and alignment with partners across the facility. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of electrical assembly experience (required).
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow clear instructions.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to read and follow established processes and policies.
  • Problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs; tools are available to assist with heavier items.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of JD Edwards or other warehouse management systems.
  • Previous experience in a quality‑focused role.
