The QC Inspector - Sample Management position at Kelly Services involves managing sample logistics within the quality control laboratory. Requirements

• Associate's degree in Science or a related field.
• Experience working in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cGMP practices and regulatory guidelines is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track the receipt, storage, and retention of raw materials, stability samples, and finished products in compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform sample reconciliation and ensure proper documentation of all activities.
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure product quality and compliance with cGMP standards.
• Safely dispose of raw materials and stability samples in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date sample inventories and records.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal quality standards.
