About The Position

You will be part of the Quality team reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager. You will be required to be onsite for day shift. The Quality Assistant will support the Quality Control (QC) team in maintaining and improving product quality standards. This role involves a variety of tasks including raising IMS (Incident Management System) reports, managing DAF (Defective and Faulty) processes, returning stock to Radius, handling rework paperwork, conducting IMS investigations, preparing customer reports, and assisting the QC team with various tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in quality management is a plus.
  • Experience in a quality control or related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using quality management software and tools and Radius.

Responsibilities

  • Document and report incidents in the Incident Management System.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of quality issues.
  • Coordinate the rework process.
  • Handle all paperwork related to rework processes.
  • Ensure rework documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Oversee the Defective and Faulty (DAF) process.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to address and resolve DAF issues.
  • Manage the process of returning stock to Radius.
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of returned items.
  • Conduct investigations into IMS reports, internal, external and supplier.
  • Collaborate with the QC team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare quality reports to customers and deliver to Quality Assurance Manager for review.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns related to product quality.
  • Provide support to the Quality Control team as needed.
  • Participate in quality audits (Internal and GMP) and inspections.
