Quality and Safety Control Supervisor

Pavestone LLC is seeking a highly motivated Quality and Safety Control Supervisor for our Grapevine, TX facility. As a leading manufacturer of pavers, retaining walls, and other landscaping materials, Pavestone has over 25 years of industry experience and is a subsidiary of the QUIKRETE Companies. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that all quality control requirements are met according to the Pavestone PQP manual. This includes maintaining organized logs and files related to quality control, evaluating quality data for both finished products and raw materials, and communicating trends to the Plant/General Manager and Regional Quality Control Manager. The supervisor will also investigate causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions, as well as train personnel on appropriate actions when specifications are not met. In addition to quality control responsibilities, the supervisor will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of Pavestone's Safety and Health program. This includes conducting new employee training and onboarding related to safety, participating in monthly plant trainings, and conducting incident investigations to determine root causes and corrective actions. The supervisor will work closely with the Plant Manager and General Manager on environmental compliance and serve as a safety coach and resource for all plant employees. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with extensive EH&S and/or quality experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
